How We Help

In the aftermath of trauma, our physiology will tell us to do just one thing: survive the next moment. As this internal alarm sounds, our bodies become a fearful place to dwell.

We can help you look safely inward, and observe what is happening in your body. We can help you develop skills that allow you to respond to what is truly in the moment. With time and practice, the trauma survivors’ body begins to know that the danger is past, allowing for a whole new experience of being.

At WellSpace, we believe that healing from trauma means doing much better than just surviving. It means being available to the present without the past invading and taking over. Healing means looking to the future differently, and with hope.

Giving people that hope is our mission.
