Cultivating Belonging: Finding Home Within

Do you long for a deeper sense of belonging—to yourself, to others, to the world around you?
Are you feeling isolated, stuck, or weighed down by life’s heaviness?
Do you crave creative expression and a space to reconnect with your inner wisdom?

Join us for a 6-week in-person Expressive Arts Therapy group designed to help you return to yourself and reclaim your sense of belonging. Through sound, movement, poetry/ writing, drawing, imagination, and somatic practices, we will explore personal and collective themes, opening our senses to listen more deeply.

With nature as our inspiration and grounding force, we will engage in creative and embodied rituals that honor the wisdom already within you. This is a space to remember, reconnect, and reawaken—to the aliveness of being, the richness of your intuition, and the great wonder and mystery of life.

What to Expect:

  • Guided individual and collective activities designed to foster self-discovery and connection

  • A supportive space to explore your inner world and its connection to the landscape of others

  • A somatic, embodied approach to healing beyond traditional talk therapy

  • Rituals and creative practices that help you express, nurture, and reclaim yourself

  • A structured process where no personal histories or stories need to be shared—expression happens through the art
